PlanBe, Plan it Be it, is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established in March 2014, aiming at the personal and professional 
development of young people. The organisation is based in Nicosia, Cyprus, and acts at a national and European level. PlanBe forms a communication platform for the exchange of ideas and the productive cooperation of young people in various subjects of interest. It explores youth’s development through means of formal and non-formal education, while at the same time promoting European and International opportunities for active citizenship and cultural understanding. In the fast-changing societies we live in and the challenges we face today, it is important to be prepared with an alternative, backup plan. PlanBe contributes to young people’s exploration of finding their own Plan B(e) and making it happen. PlanBe has been a partner in various KA2 projects and so far, has sent more than 900 Cypriots participants in a project abroad representing Cyprus and has implemented 28 projects, hosting more than 787 participants from abroad.
In 2018, our NGO has become a EuroDesk multiplier. Eurodesk unites a network of over 1000 youth experts in 35 countries under a mission to raise awareness among young people on learning mobility opportunities and to encourage them to become active citizens.
Since 2019 our organisation is part of The Anna Lindh Foundation which is an international organization working from the Mediterranean to promote intercultural and civil society dialogue in the face of growing mistrust and polarization.
